For items to be accepted for
return, refund or replacement the item must:

KitchenHaven.com unused and in salable condition

Returned to KitchenHaven.com
in the original packaging and in a corrugated
shipping box

Item(s) must be received by
KitchenHaven.com within 30 days after delivery.

Defective merchandise will be
replaced with the same item.

Shipping and Handling to have
the item returned to KitchenHaven.com is
non-refundable, unless the return is a result of
our error.

The shipping and handling of
the replacement item will be paid by
KitchenHaven.com.
We cannot accept returns of
certain items, including:

Any item that is received by
KitchenHaven.com more than 30 days after
delivery.

Any item that is not in its
original condition, is damaged, or is missing

Paper wrapped around packaged
item without outer shipping box will not be
accepted for return.
